Full-Time In-Home Caregiver – Weatherford, TX

Comfort Keepers is looking for a dependable and compassionate full-time caregiver to provide one-on-one support to a senior client in the Weatherford area. Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional senior caregiving experience through an agency, facility, or private-duty setting
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
- Ability to safely lift at least 25 pounds
- Dependable and professional
- Able to communicate reliably by phone, text, or email regarding scheduling and client updates
Nice To Haves
- CNA certification preferred but not required
- Dementia care experience is a plus
- Comfortable working in a home with small dogs
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance based on the client’s individual needs and care plan.
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
- Helping the client maintain personal hygiene and daily routines
- Providing companionship and engaging conversation
- Offering medication reminders
- Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with meal planning
- Completing light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes
- Providing transportation for appointments and errands when needed
- Encouraging independence and supporting the client’s comfort and dignity
- Communicating changes in the client’s condition or needs to the office
- Following the established Plan of Care
- Supporting family members with appropriate caregiving techniques when needed
