Requirements
- Treat every client with dignity, compassion, and respect
- Can follow and understand each client’s Plan of Care
- Have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance (travel required)
- Have at least one year of senior care experience (agency, facility, or private care)
- Are dependable, flexible, and eager to learn
- Are comfortable around small pets (dogs and/or cats)
- Are responsive to phone calls, texts, or emails regarding scheduling and updates
- Can safely lift at least 25 lbs

- CNA certification
- Dementia care experience
Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and engaging conversation
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
- Performing light housekeeping such as laundry, linen changes, meal preparation, and general tidying
- Assisting clients with daily routines and preparing for the day
- Planning and preparing nutritious meals
- Providing medication reminders
- Transporting clients to appointments and errands
- Supporting family members by demonstrating safe caregiving techniques
