About The Position

Home Helpers Home Care is hiring Personal Care Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants to help patients remain independent and safe in their own homes. Prior experience is not required. The company provides paid, in-office training and offers competitive pay based on certifications and experience, along with flexible scheduling. Daily Pay is available, allowing employees to get paid the day after working.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check according to state requirements.
• Pass a drug screen according to state requirements.
• Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
• Assist with meal preparation and serving, clean meal-preparation areas, and help patients eat as needed and applicable.
• Provide personal care, including baths, dressing, grooming, denture care, and skin care.
• Perform housekeeping tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, taking out trash, dusting, cleaning the refrigerator, and washing and putting away dishes.
• Complete laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and putting away laundry; perform laundry at a laundromat if needed.
• Run errands such as grocery shopping, picking up medical supplies, and going to the post office.
• Be reliable, dependable, rarely absent, and punctual.
