In Home Caregiver - Now Offering Daily Pay
About The Position
Home Helpers Home Care is seeking caring, compassionate caregivers, including Personal Care Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants, to provide services to clients in their homes and local areas. Caregivers help clients remain independent and safe at home by assisting with daily living, personal care, meals, household tasks, errands, transportation, and companionship. Prior experience is not required. The company offers paid in-office initial training and ongoing training, flexible scheduling, and competitive pay based on certifications and experience. Daily Pay is available, allowing employees to be paid the day after working. This position requires maintaining patient confidentiality, being reliable and punctual, having a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, passing a background check according to state requirements, and being at least 18 years old. The position is with an independently owned and operated Home Helpers Home Care franchise; applications and hiring decisions are handled by the local franchisee.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
- Assist with activities of daily living and personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, denture care, and skin care.
- Prepare and serve meals, help clients eat as needed, and clean meal preparation areas.
- Perform light housekeeping, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, taking out trash, cleaning the refrigerator, and washing and putting away dishes.
- Wash, dry, fold, and put away laundry, including performing laundry tasks at a laundromat if needed.
- Assist with shopping, errands, and transportation, including grocery shopping, picking up medical supplies or prescriptions, and post office trips.
- Assist with telehealth visits.
- Provide companionship.
- Be reliable, dependable, rarely absent, and punctual.
