About The Position

Visiting Angels of the Upper Connecticut River Valley is seeking current or former caregivers with eldercare experience to provide compassionate support that helps clients remain in their homes. The service region includes Cheshire, Sullivan, and southern Grafton Counties in New Hampshire, as well as parts of Vermont from Brattleboro to White River Junction. The role offers personal career satisfaction through helping older adults and includes flexible scheduling, with daytime hours and 8- and 12-hour shifts available.

Requirements

• Caregiving experience, either professionally or with a loved one, is preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Phone.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varying hours and locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide client hygiene care.
• Perform light household cleaning.
• Prepare light household meals.
• Transport clients to appointments and shops when needed.
