About The Position

Phoenician HomeCare is expanding and looking for dedicated, compassionate caregivers to join our team. Since 2018, we’ve been providing non-medical in-home support to seniors across the Phoenix metro area. As a locally operated agency, we take pride in fostering a positive, respectful environment for both our clients and our staff. Requirements

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Availability for daytime and/or overnight shifts
• Ability to work at least 4-hour blocks
• Reliable transportation
• Prior caregiving (or similar) experience required

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and social interaction
• Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
• Performing light housekeeping and preparing simple meals
• Offering medication reminders
• Helping with errands or attending appointments when needed
