About The Position

Concierge Care is seeking compassionate Florida Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing home care team serving Yulee and surrounding Nassau County communities. We currently have multiple clients needing dependable caregivers and are hiring professionals who are ready to provide exceptional one-on-one care in the comfort of clients' homes. With a variety of schedules available, this is a great opportunity for caregivers looking for flexible PRN work and consistent client assignments.

Requirements

Active Florida CNA license OR a Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved training school (previous HHA experience with another agency alone does not qualify)
Valid driver's license
Current auto insurance
CPR certification
Social Security card
Health statement completed within the last 6 months stating "Free of Communicable Diseases."
Completed CEUs: 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication
Required dementia training through Elder Affairs
Authorization for a comprehensive review of your background for contracting purposes, which may include civil and criminal history records, driving records, birth records, and any other public records.
