About The Position

Concierge Care is seeking qualified Florida Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join their W-2 home care team. They have multiple clients ready to be staffed throughout Jacksonville and surrounding communities, offering various home care opportunities for those seeking recurring shifts or a full weekly schedule. The coverage area includes numerous locations across Northeast Florida.

Requirements

• Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school (prior experience with another agency does not qualify)
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• CPR certification
• Social Security card
• A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating you're free of communicable diseases
• Completed CEUs: 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication
• Required dementia training through Elder Affairs
• Authorization for a comprehensive background review, including civil and criminal history, driving records, birth records, and any other public records.
