About The Position
Comfort Keepers is seeking a CNA Floater to provide stability in home care. This position offers guaranteed 30 paid hours every week, providing dependable income while making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors throughout the Tulsa area. The role involves providing one-on-one care in clients' homes or supporting the office team with administrative and operational projects when client coverage is not needed. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who are flexible, dependable, and passionate about caring for others.
Requirements
- Current Oklahoma CNA Certification (Required)
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum three (3) years of private-duty home care experience
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
- Ability to travel throughout the Tulsa service area
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and dependable attendance
- Ability to pass background screening, drug screening, and reference checks
- Commitment to a minimum six (6) months of employment
Nice To Haves
- Alzheimer's and dementia care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional one-on-one personal care in clients' homes.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Follow individualized care plans.
- Observe and report changes in client condition.
- Complete accurate daily documentation.
- Promote client safety, comfort, and independence.
- Assist with preparing orientation and training materials.
- Organize employee files and documentation.
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding activities.
- Support scheduling and staffing efforts.
- Assist with administrative projects that support daily operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
