About The Position

Comfort Keepers is offering a Guaranteed Hours CNA Floater position that provides 30 paid hours every week, offering dependable income while making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors throughout the Tulsa area. This role involves providing exceptional one-on-one care in a client's home or supporting the office team between client assignments, ensuring productivity, engagement, and consistent pay. The ideal candidate is flexible, dependable, and passionate about caring for others.

Requirements

• Current Oklahoma CNA Certification (Required)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum three (3) years of private-duty home care experience
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to travel throughout the Tulsa service area
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and dependable attendance
• Ability to pass background screening, drug screening, and reference checks

Nice To Haves

• Alzheimer's and dementia care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional one-on-one personal care in clients' homes.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Complete accurate daily documentation.
• Promote client safety, comfort, and independence.
• Assist with preparing orientation and training materials.
• Organize employee files and documentation.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding activities.
• Support scheduling and staffing efforts.
• Perform administrative projects that support daily operations.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
