About The Position

Comfort Keepers is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in the Enid, OK area to provide personalized in-home care for seniors. This role offers the stability of 12-hour shifts, the support of a local leadership team, and the opportunity to make a significant difference in someone's life daily. Unlike facility settings, caregivers focus on one client at a time, delivering quality care and building meaningful connections.

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma CNA Certification
• Valid Oklahoma Driver's License
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes

Nice To Haves

• Previous home care, long-term care, assisted living, or hospital experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Safe transfers, mobility assistance, and ambulation
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Observing and reporting changes in client condition
• Completing accurate daily documentation
• Following individualized care plans and company policies
