About The Position

North Country Business Products is looking for a skilled Point of Sale Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience with POS systems and enjoy working directly with clients to bring solutions to life, this role is for you. Requirements

• POS system integration and implementation experience preferred
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or grocery environments preferred
• Familiarity with NCR ENCOR systems is a plus
• Working knowledge of POS systems and strong analytical skills preferred
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening), with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities required

Responsibilities

• Analyze, program/configure, test, and document POS systems/software
• Provide knowledge and proficiency in POS software, operating systems, and networks
• Effectively and efficiently manage every installation project assigned, within the scope of work, to ensure quality client service and satisfaction.
• Effectively train clients in POS functionality.
