Ivy Computer is seeking an Implementation Specialist to guide customers through the critical onboarding phase of their software solutions. This role involves translating complex software into practical workflows and ensuring customers have a strong start. The specialist will act as a trusted advisor, helping businesses streamline routing, billing, and general management. Responsibilities

Guiding customers through setup and training via video conference and occasionally in person
Learning the ins and outs of our products until you’re a true expert
Understanding how waste hauling businesses operate and how our software can help streamline their operations
Adapting your style to each learner’s technical proficiency and comfort level
Creating and improving training materials, lesson plans, and best practice guides
Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with Technical Support to resolve them
