About The Position

sg360° is seeking an Implementation Specialist – Quadient/BCC to support a high-profile healthcare client. This customer-facing position combines project management, business analysis, and subject matter expertise, with hands-on work in Quadient Inspire and BCC Ignite. The specialist acts as an extension of the client’s marketing department by managing existing communications, developing new campaigns, and ensuring accurate and effective delivery strategies. The role partners with client teams to understand their goals and communications strategies, develops communications and execution workflows, reviews creative materials, data, and business requirements, and coordinates development and testing with internal resources. It also supports campaign data feeds and analytics, oversees processing cycles and quality control, coordinates requests and project schedules, and maintains project documentation. The employer strongly prefers candidates able to work onsite at its Wheeling, Illinois facility, but will consider qualified remote candidates who are not within commuting distance. Requirements

At least 8 years of hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire.
Working knowledge of BCC Ignite.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-facing experience and a collaborative mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

3–4 years of experience in direct marketing, transactional communications, or healthcare-related communications.
Knowledge of postal regulations, personalization strategies, or marketing data analytics.
Familiarity with relational data structures and campaign performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical and strategic liaison for the client’s marketing communications.
Partner with client teams to understand objectives, campaigns, and engagement strategies.
Contribute to strategy execution and provide insights to improve communication effectiveness.
Use Quadient products and BCC Ignite to develop communications and execution workflows.
Review client creative materials, data, and business requirements and provide development instructions to internal sg360° resources.
Track and review composition and workflow changes, ensuring successful testing in Preproduction before promotion to Production.
Create and modify data feeds supporting campaign response tracking and analytics.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity to support actionable insights.
Oversee weekly processing cycles, ensuring records are received, processed, delivered to operations, and reported on.
Manage incoming client requests, including effort estimation, resource coordination, and scheduling.
Maintain and update project plans and lead internal and client-facing status meetings.
Monitor on-time delivery and escalate risks when necessary.
Track estimated versus actual development time and assist Account Management with billing support.
Perform quality assurance testing on communications and data integrations.
Maintain clear, detailed project documentation and process guides.
Share expertise with internal teams to support cross-functional collaboration.
