About The Position

The Quadient Inspire Designer/Developer designs, develops, tests, and implements document and mail generation workflows using Quadient Inspire Designer. The role is considered a document composition expert and involves creating new templates, making major and minor template changes, and performing other design-related activities. The position also participates in testing enhancements and upgrades. Candidates should be especially proficient in Scaler, with experience across Scaler, Interactive, and Designer (R15/R16).

Requirements

• Proficiency with Quadient Inspire Scaler, Interactive, and Designer (R15/R16); candidates more proficient in Scaler are sought.
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Ransack, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop is highly preferred.
• Java scripting knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications for complex projects using Quadient Inspire and custom-built applications.
• Set up master workflows to support document template design using Inspire Designer and Inspire Interactive.
• Optimize templates and review them for incorrect setup.
• Maintain current knowledge of user design trends, standards, and techniques.
• Import forms from the current legacy system into Quadient Inspire.
• Provide guidance on environment setup and tool configurations that align with enterprise standards and support scalability.
• Design and configure applications to migrate forms from legacy systems to Quadient Inspire platforms.
• Participate in testing enhancements and upgrades.
