About The Position

SAP Labs, LLC seeks a Developer (multiple positions available) at our San Ramon, CA location responsible for development focusing on design, coding, testing, quality assurance of specific product features in a development team. Ability to analyze and solve issues in existing and new code. Demonstrates full responsibility for accepted tasks and therefore demonstrates a high level of quality, speed, reliability and efficiency. Works closely together with other team members to ensure the team success. Enhances skills beyond own core functional focus and works on other tasks for the benefit of the team. Has proficient overall product knowledge and shares domain expertise within team. Provides application implementation services typically within the boundaries of specifications and project plans. Design activities include requirements analysis and design documentation. Implementation activities include implementation, testing and integration. Maintenance activities include error analysis and removal. Usually extends, modifies or adapts existing designs but may also be involved in the development of new (sub-)systems. Removes impediments to the Development Team's progress.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation, OR a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Three (3) years of experience in Java Technologies including JavaScript, Algorithms and Data Structures.
Three (3) years of experience in HTML, CSS, JSP, JSF, DWR, UI5, and Figma.
Three (3) years of experience in Blob storage technologies including Azure blob storage.
Three (3) years of experience in Containerization and orchestration technologies with Docker and Kubernetes.
Three (3) years of experience in Operation systems including Linux, bash, and Apache tomcat server.
Three (3) years of experience in CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins, build tools including Maven and Gradle, and artifact management with JFrog Artifactory.
Three (3) years of experience in Building APIs with OData, REST and Akamai API security.
One (1) year of experience in Performance monitoring and testing with Splunk and JMeter, and ITSM management and data analysis using ServiceNow.
One (1) year of experience in Building services on SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
One (1) year of experience in Integrating data with SAP BDC (Business Data Cloud).
