Implementation Specialist

UKON•Denver, PA
•$100,000 - $120,000

About The Position

UKON is hiring its first Implementation Specialist to create and operate a repeatable implementation function for its agency partnerships. UKON partners with independent insurance agencies and managed service providers to deliver an outsourced cyber practice. This role will turn signed agreements into active, growing agency relationships by overseeing onboarding, training, connection to Cyber Practice Leaders (CPLs), and partner production. The position reports to the executive team and works closely with product, sales, and CPL teams. It begins as an individual contributor role, with the opportunity to own and grow the implementation function as UKON scales. The Implementation Specialist will build the agency onboarding standard, sales-to-CPL handoff, training standards, and implementation playbook, then run and continually improve those systems. The role will own the implementation pipeline, define and monitor performance metrics, identify and resolve barriers to agency activation, and share agency feedback with relevant teams. UKON values technology implementation and project management experience more than insurance experience. The role requires approximately 10 to 20 percent travel, including visits to agency partners and industry events. Base salary is $100,000 to $120,000 per year, with a variable bonus of up to $20,000 per year. Applications are accepted through November 15, 2026, though the posting may close earlier if the position is filled.

  • Partner with sales, CPLs, marketing, and product to feed agency feedback into selling, support, and product development.
