About The Position

The Implementation Specialist, Restaurant Systems assists with rolling out back-of-house (BOH) software designed to optimize labor costs, manage food waste, and streamline employee scheduling. The position combines hands-on training with backend data analysis and partners directly with the software vendor to co-facilitate training for restaurant management teams. It also supports the analysis, creation, validation, and implementation of labor rules and analytics across corporate and franchisee-owned locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the software vendor to co-facilitate engaging training sessions for general managers, district managers, and franchisees.
• Help end-users understand BOH systems, including scheduling tools, inventory management, and labor matrix configurations.
• Assist in translating local labor laws, minor regulations, and company productivity standards into backend software configurations.
• Audit, test, and analyze labor matrices to verify that the software generates schedules, tracks metrics, and meets labor targets before deployment to live stores.
• Assist franchise owners with setting up and customizing labor parameters and interpreting data to support operational needs while maintaining brand standards.
