About The Position

Euna Solutions is seeking an independently motivated Implementation Manager to join its Implementation Team. The manager serves as the primary contact for new customers and oversees their onboarding from end to end, including gathering requirements, configuring SaaS products, performing basic project management, and supporting a smooth transition from sales to adoption. The role collaborates with sales, product management, customer success, and technical support to deliver a high-quality client experience and drive customer satisfaction. The position involves leading client kickoff meetings; understanding business processes and requirements; advising on implementation and configuration best practices; keeping work within scope; planning reliable communications; evaluating risks and opportunities; and assisting customers with change management. The manager configures system settings, workflows, and integrations, favoring out-of-the-box functionality over customizations. Depending on the product, the work may also include preparing data in Excel and performing initial data loads, writing simple scripts, and creating ad hoc customer reports. The manager helps develop and deliver client training, maintains implementation documentation and user resources, and works with internal teams to resolve implementation issues. Complex issues are escalated to the appropriate departments, with timely client updates. The role also contributes to improving implementation processes and methodologies. This position is remote in the USA, and the incumbent is expected to work Pacific Time hours.
