About The Position

As a pivotal member of the CertifyOS team, the Implementation Leader oversees implementation and onboarding for new client partners and existing clients expanding their scope of services. The role works with multiple clients, collaborates closely with partner teams, and follows the standard process for successfully implementing the CertifyOS product and associated services. The Implementation Leader helps maintain a seamless client journey and set clients up for success, from contract execution through go-live.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience overall.
At least 3 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or management consulting.
Excellent organizational skills and a strong detail-oriented mindset.
Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages or training to varied audiences.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to interact and collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams, internally and externally.

Nice To Haves

Strong understanding of provider licensing and credentialing, and the provider data management universe.
Demonstrated proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, databases, and applications such as Google Suite, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and Monday.com.

Responsibilities

Lead implementation and onboarding for new client partners across CertifyOS products and services, managing multiple implementations simultaneously.
Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders from multiple teams.
Support clients as they complete standard implementation tasks and learn to use the CertifyOS platform.
Develop a deep understanding of provider licensing, credentialing, and provider data management.
Maintain a seamless client experience from contract execution to go-live.
