This role is crucial for scaling our operations and ensuring customer success as we expand into new verticals.

  • At least 2 years managing a team of ICs in one of those functions.
  • Track record of building or rebuilding an implementation or solutions architecture function at a Series A–C company.

  • Strong project management instincts.
  • Track record of hiring, ramping, and coaching ICs in this function.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, ramp, and coach Individual Contributors (ICs) in the implementation function.
  • Shape the leveling between IM I, IM II, and Solutions Architect.

  • Develop implementation playbooks for new verticals.
  • Take on the hardest implementations yourself when it makes the team better.
  • Gather customer feedback from kickoff calls and site visits to improve implementation processes.
  • Launch an 80% version of a new playbook quickly and iterate on it.
