About The Position

Our client is building an AI-native revenue intelligence platform that helps PE-backed and high-growth businesses create a single source of truth for revenue, customer, and usage data. The platform automates complex revenue modeling workflows that have traditionally required large consulting teams, transaction services firms, and significant manual financial analysis. Founded by experienced operators including HubSpot’s first employee, the company combines AI, financial modeling, and modern data infrastructure to transform how CFOs and finance teams analyze revenue performance. Backed by approximately $11M in seed funding from Vestigo Ventures and Conversion Ventures, the company is experiencing rapid customer growth and expanding its implementation team. The platform leverages AI-powered financial modeling, revenue cubes and waterfalls, customer segmentation analysis, cohort analytics, revenue intelligence systems, LLMs from Anthropic and OpenAI, automated data transformation, and modern analytics infrastructure. Customers include PE-backed companies and high-growth businesses with complex revenue models, typically exceeding $25M in annual revenue. The company is reimagining financial consulting and implementation services through AI-first workflows rather than traditional human-capital-heavy delivery models. Implementation challenges involve working directly with CFOs, reconciling financial systems, building revenue intelligence models, analyzing customer and revenue trends, and helping organizations make strategic decisions using clean financial data. Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in transaction services, financial consulting, FP&A, or financial analytics
  • Experience building revenue cubes, waterfalls, cohort analyses, or customer segmentation models
  • Experience at firms such as Accordion, A&M, CFGI, RSM, Riveron, or similar advisory organizations
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Client-facing experience managing stakeholders independently
  • Experience working directly with CFOs, finance leaders, or executive teams
  • Strong understanding of revenue recognition, retention, cohorts, and financial performance analysis
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools for data analysis and workflow automation
  • Experience working with Salesforce, NetSuite, ERP systems, or data warehouses
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end implementation of revenue cube projects for PE-backed clients
  • Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and finance leaders throughout implementations
  • Manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously
  • Analyze complex financial datasets and business performance metrics
  • Build revenue cubes, waterfalls, cohort analyses, and segmentation models
  • Investigate and reconcile historical financial reporting
  • Translate business questions into analytical frameworks
  • Leverage AI tools to automate financial modeling workflows
  • Use SQL and AI-assisted analytics tools to analyze customer and revenue data
  • Partner with finance teams to improve reporting and strategic decision-making
  • Drive customer accountability throughout implementation timelines
  • Lead client meetings and stakeholder discussions independently
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks within financial datasets
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and services teams
  • Help shape implementation best practices and delivery processes
  • Work directly with PE-backed and high-growth SaaS companies
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior executives
  • Build scalable implementation methodologies using AI-native workflows
  • Support ongoing managed service engagements after implementation
  • Help define the future of AI-powered financial services delivery
