Requirements

  • Skilled in leading and speaking on behalf of teams or business initiatives; detail-oriented and organized with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Project, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint; effective in managing client relationships and collaborating across departments.
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience preferred
  • background working with employer groups and third-party administrators
  • familiarity with health insurance and consumer-directed benefits (HRAs, HSAs, FSAs) highly preferred
  • exposure to project management methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or PMBOK is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead benefit onboarding projects (e.g., HSA, FSA, HRA), ensuring accurate documentation, timely updates, and successful milestone completion while fostering strong employer relationships.
  • Ensure smooth transitions to service, maintaining high client satisfaction, mitigating risks, and confirming successful fund transfers and asset reconciliation.
  • Monitor and manage internal ticketing queues, resolving issues within established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify and address operational inefficiencies, recurring issues, and automation opportunities through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support escalations and special projects, contributing to department-wide initiatives and client-specific workstreams as needed.
  • Champion a culture of accountability and innovation, delivering seamless, success-focused experiences that empower employers to serve their people confidently.
