OPPORTUNITY HAPPENS HERE — REALIZE YOURS Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly: Lead benefit onboarding projects (e.g., HSA, FSA, HRA), ensuring accurate documentation, timely updates, and successful milestone completion while fostering strong employer relationships. Ensure smooth transitions to service, maintaining high client satisfaction, mitigating risks, and confirming successful fund transfers and asset reconciliation. Monitor and manage internal ticketing queues, resolving issues within established service level agreements (SLAs). Identify and address operational inefficiencies, recurring issues, and automation opportunities through cross-functional collaboration. Support escalations and special projects, contributing to department-wide initiatives and client-specific workstreams as needed. Champion a culture of accountability and innovation, delivering seamless, success-focused experiences that empower employers to serve their people confidently.

Requirements

  • Skilled in leading and speaking on behalf of teams or business initiatives; detail-oriented and organized with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Project, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint; effective in managing client relationships and collaborating across departments.
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience preferred
  • background working with employer groups and third-party administrators
  • familiarity with health insurance and consumer-directed benefits (HRAs, HSAs, FSAs) highly preferred
  • exposure to project management methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or PMBOK is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field preferred.
