About The Position

Implements and supports supply chain solutions within an assigned DHL Supply Chain Division. Supports quality delivery of predefined IT solutions selected to meet business needs, including system setup, testing, training, implementation, and post-implementation support at new or existing client sites. Understands current work processes, develops and publishes work processes, participates in User Acceptance Testing, facilitates technical system documentation, and supports development of standard operating procedures between DHL Supply Chain and the client. Applies IT and internal team methodologies to deliver consistent, standard, repeatable implementations. Analyzes customer and business partner requirements and applies systems implementation concepts to implement and support business systems solutions. Participates in developing implementation and support cost estimates, prepares and delivers status reports, and recommends basic configuration strategies for predefined IT solutions. Also participates in systems development concept work, software demonstration preparation and execution, and solution design reviews for business opportunities. The role contributes to project planning by supporting a portion of the project work plan, including estimating implementation tasks such as system setup, user testing, and training. It uses DHL Supply Chain project administration processes, including tracking labor against the project plan. During project delivery, it facilitates and supports business acceptance testing for custom and package application projects, performs system setup, configuration, testing, training, troubleshooting, and go-live support, and facilitates user training for hourly associates and supervisors.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT or a similar field, or equivalent to four years of work experience.

Responsibilities

Implement and support supply chain IT solutions within an assigned DHL Supply Chain Division.
