About The Position

Baptist Medical Center is seeking to add an Imaging Supervisor to our Radiology Department at the Baptist Silverleaf ED location in St. Augustine, FL. Responsible for oversight of all imaging modalities and technical staff. Acts as a positive role model/representative for the department. May be involved in direct patient care and must be competent in credentialed modality. Assures all staff are compliant with Employee Health and Risk Management mandatory education requirements. Common duties include, but are not limited to, staff scheduling, daily operations oversight, customer service recovery, ensuring annual and emergency equipment service, and verifying current team member and equipment licensure. This is a leadership position with opportunity for growth and development!

Requirements

• Certified Nuclear Medical Technologist (CNMT) Required
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) Required
• Registered Technologist in Sonography ARRT (S) Required
• Registered Radiologic Technologist ARRT Required
• Registered Technologist in Cardiovascular ARRT (CV) Required
• Registered Technologist in Magnetic Resonance Imaging ARRT (MR) Required
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) Required
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist Required

Nice To Haves

• 3-5 Years Radiology Experience

Responsibilities

• Supervising technical and clerical staff.
• Acting as a positive role model/representative for the department.
• Involved in direct patient care and competent in performing routine imaging studies.
• Lead department resource for PACs and EMR.
• Assuring staff are compliant with Employee Health and Risk Management mandatory education requirements.
• Identifies, prepares, administers, and documents medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner in accordance with state and federal regulations or Lawful institutional policy.
