About The Position

The Department of Radiology at Montefiore Medical Center is seeking a Breast Imaging Radiologist (fellowship-trained or similarly experienced) to join our Breast Imaging Center of Excellence (BICOE). This position offers the opportunity to practice high-quality breast imaging in a collaborative, academically engaged environment. Imaging facilities are state of the art and continuously upgraded, supported by a robust system-wide IT infrastructure and PACS environment. This role is fully subspecialized in breast imaging and offers flexibility in scheduling, with full-time and part-time options available, as well as the potential for hybrid work arrangements. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing and interpreting screening and diagnostic mammography, including tomosynthesis, as well as breast ultrasound, MRI, and image-guided interventions. In addition to clinical responsibilities, there are meaningful opportunities to participate in multidisciplinary collaboration, contribute to resident and fellow education, and engage in clinical research initiatives. Requirements

Fellowship training in breast imaging
ABR-certified or eligible
Hold (or be eligible for) a New York State medical license
Committed to clinical excellence

Responsibilities

Performing and interpreting screening and diagnostic mammography, including tomosynthesis
