The Crisis Coordinator provides operational, clinical, and regulatory coordination for Crisis Continuum Homes serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), including individuals with complex behavioral, psychiatric, and medical needs. This position provides oversight and coordination across four Community Residential Alternative (CRA) locations and is responsible for ensuring services are person-centered, safe, appropriately documented, and delivered in accordance with Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD), Healthcare Facility Regulation (HFR), Medicaid waiver, and organizational requirements. The Crisis Coordinator works closely with individuals, families and guardians, direct care staff, case managers, nurses, behavioral specialists, clinical providers, and organizational leadership. The position also participates in an after-hours/on-call rotation and provides guidance during crisis situations.
