About The Position
River Edge Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for The Crisis Service and Diagnostic Center in Macon, GA. This role is a vital part of an interdisciplinary team, providing immediate, client-centered care in a safe, supportive environment within a new state-of-the-art facility. The LPN will administer prescribed medications and treatments, conduct initial and ongoing assessments including vital signs and crisis evaluations, and provide wound care and address acute physical health needs. River Edge is a leading resource for mental health, substance use disorder treatments, and supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, serving over 10,000 Georgians.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in the state of Georgia
- Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health, IDD, or a related field
- Strong computer and documentation skills
- Must pass a satisfactory background clearance and pre-employment drug test
