The Crisis Service and Diagnostic Center is a program designed to offer inpatient tailored assistance and brief (90-day) stabilization for a maximum of sixteen (16) adults aged 18 and above, who have intellectual or developmental disabilities and/or concurrent IDD/BH diagnoses. These individuals are facing psychiatric challenges and/or significant emotional/behavioral changes that are impacting their essential functions, potentially jeopardizing their ability to stay in their usual home environment. River Edge Behavioral Health serves over 10,000 Georgians and is a leading resource for mental health, substance use disorder treatments, and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The organization provides a full continuum of services, offering state-of-the-art treatment and support to over 13,000 children, youth, families, and adults annually who experience mental illness, addiction, co-occurring disorders, or developmental disabilities.
