River Edge Behavioral Health is seeking an IDD Crisis Coordinator to provide operational, clinical, and regulatory coordination for Crisis Continuum Homes serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), including those with complex behavioral, psychiatric, and medical needs. This role involves oversight and coordination across four Community Residential Alternative (CRA) locations, ensuring services are person-centered, safe, appropriately documented, and compliant with Georgia DBHDD, HFR, Medicaid waiver, and organizational requirements. The Crisis Coordinator collaborates with individuals, families, guardians, direct care staff, case managers, nurses, behavioral specialists, clinical providers, and organizational leadership. The position also includes participation in an after-hours/on-call rotation and providing guidance during crisis situations.
