About The Position

The Seasonal Ice Cream Host/Hostess greets and assists customers, manages wait lines, and helps ensure a positive shopping experience. The role includes answering product questions, making recommendations, and weighing and pricing products ordered at the service bar. Hosts prepare and serve ice cream treats such as cones, cups, and milkshakes, as well as coffee, while keeping the work area clean and organized and following health, sanitation, and safety regulations. Team members may also assist with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
Ability to safely use tools and equipment used in the daily operation of the department.
