About The Position

MINT Dentistry is seeking an energetic, patient-focused Dental Hygienist to provide high-quality dental care and a luxury patient experience. The hygienist performs cleanings, scaling and root planing (SRPs), oral cancer screenings, radiographs, and intraoral photography; educates patients on oral hygiene, nutrition, and healthy habits; and works with doctors and the dental team to support healthy smiles. The role uses dental technology including Open Dental, Dexis, and Nomad in a fast-paced dental environment.

The position offers flexible scheduling, with options for five-day or four-day workweeks, and no evenings or weekends. Hygienists may leave after their last patient. Compensation is advertised up to $65 per hour, with uncapped monthly performance bonuses. Requirements

• Licensed Dental Hygienist.
• Positive, team-first attitude and excellent chairside manner.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, accelerated dental environment.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient care.

Nice To Haves

• Nitrous Oxide Monitoring Certification; preferred but not required.
• Experience with Open Dental and Dexis.
• A “whatever it takes” mentality.
