About The Position

MINT dentistry is seeking an energetic, passionate licensed Dental Hygienist to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced dental environment. The role focuses on dental cleanings and other hygiene services, patient education, and creating a positive, luxury patient experience while collaborating with doctors and the dental team. The position uses dental technology including Open Dental, Dexis, and Nomad. The posting advertises pay of up to $65 per hour, plus monthly performance bonuses.

Requirements

Licensed Dental Hygienist.
Passion for helping patients and making them smile.
Positive, team-first attitude and excellent chairside manner.
Confidence working in a fast-paced, accelerated dental environment.
Strong communication skills and commitment to patient care.

Nice To Haves

Nitrous Oxide Monitoring Certification; preferred but not required.
Experience with Open Dental and Dexis.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care and an exceptional patient experience.
Perform dental cleanings, SRPs, and oral cancer screenings.
Take and develop radiographs and intraoral photos.
Educate patients about oral hygiene, nutrition, and healthy habits.
Use dental technology, including Open Dental, Dexis, and Nomad.
Partner with doctors and team members to support patients’ oral health.
