About The Position
Boothby Therapy Services is seeking a Hy-Tech Facilitator to support students in Laconia, NH. This part-time role, 3 days per week, offers a unique opportunity to empower students through technology without the responsibilities of lesson planning or leading classroom instruction. The position provides a balance of impact and flexibility, focusing on ensuring smooth and effective teletherapy sessions.
Requirements
- Experience working with children or in a school setting
- Comfort with teleconferencing and basic technology tools
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A positive, dependable, and student-focused attitude
Nice To Haves
- Coursework or background in education, psychology, or a related field is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Set up and monitor teletherapy sessions for students
- Check and maintain computer, audio, and video equipment
- Escort students to and from sessions and assist as needed
- Communicate absences or schedule changes with the provider
- Troubleshoot basic technology issues and sanitize equipment daily
- Collaborate with school staff and Boothby's therapy team to support student growth
