About The Position

Workforce Linc/Lincoln Tech is seeking a Retention Facilitator to support the ongoing professional and personal development of custom training graduates. The role analyzes student performance and creates action plans to address individual development needs. As a company representative, the Retention Facilitator maintains, facilitates, and executes assigned partnership agreements as directed by the Director of Education/VP of the WFL Group. Lincoln Tech has been a career training provider for over 75 years, with programs in Healthcare, Automotive/Diesel, Skilled Trades, Information Technology, Cosmetology, and Culinary Arts. Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in a management role, with a demonstrated track record of successful management.
Experience mentoring, coaching, and leading new learners.
Skill in using the MS Office Suite of Programs.
Ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining trust and good working relationships.

Responsibilities

Build effective business relationships with key managers responsible for delivering and executing training programs for their organizations.
Build effective relationships with graduates of custom training programs.
Develop action plans based on an individual graduate's needs analysis.
Create and implement a strategy to meet each learner's expectations, coordinating with the WFL Education Team and partner or corporate leaders.
Work with the Education Team on program maintenance and development.
Provide documentation, including consistent and accurate reports of activities and challenges.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, ethical practices, and the guidelines of government and accrediting organizations.
Maintain, facilitate, and execute assigned partnership agreements.
