About The Position

The HVAC Will Call-Warehouse position provides immediate customer solutions through will-call service and helps maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse. The role focuses on expediting and processing will-call orders, coordinating with the branch team, and interacting with customers picking up orders. It also involves receiving and organizing inventory, replenishing stock, assisting with order pulling and counter service, maintaining warehouse equipment and cleanliness, and participating in team projects. The position requires an active, dependable, accurate, safety-conscious team member who can move, lift up to 50 pounds, climb, stand for extended periods, and operate a forklift and other equipment. The stated workday is approximately 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

Expedite and process will-call orders.
Coordinate orders with the branch team.
Interact with customers when they arrive to pick up orders.
Unload inbound shipments and determine shipment accuracy.
Receive products into inventory, complete associated paperwork, and place items in their correct locations.
Monitor warehouse inventory and replenish items at appropriate levels.
Pull orders as needed and assist at the counter when the team needs help.
Keep the warehouse swept, empty trash, and maintain equipment.
Participate in projects as requested.
Follow assigned safety and security policies, guidelines, and legal regulations.
