The HVAC Tune-Up Technician maintains and optimizes heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems by inspecting, diagnosing, and servicing equipment to support efficiency, safety, and reliability. Tasks include cleaning or replacing air filters, checking refrigerant levels, lubricating moving parts, calibrating thermostats, conducting system tests, monitoring performance, and adjusting systems to improve airflow and energy efficiency. Technicians communicate system conditions to customers, recommend repairs or upgrades, and promote preventative maintenance to extend equipment life. This work helps prevent system failures, improve comfort, and reduce customers’ energy costs. The company is seeking both experienced and entry-level technicians and includes paid training.

Requirements

Valid social security card.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Successful pre-employment background check.
Successful pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

Inspect, diagnose, and service HVAC systems to ensure efficiency, safety, and reliability.
Clean or replace air filters, check refrigerant levels, lubricate moving parts, and calibrate thermostats.
Conduct system tests, monitor performance, and make adjustments to improve airflow and energy efficiency.
Communicate system conditions to customers and recommend repairs or upgrades.
