About The Position

Rental associates generate sales through world-class guest service, assist customers with rental equipment, and provide guests with gear and services for an outdoor experience. This winter-seasonal role offers full-time hours and starts at $20.00 per hour. The position requires applicants to be at least 18 years old; housing is not available. Hiring is rolling, with applications accepted until December 15 or until positions are filled, whichever comes first. Team members may work across departments and roles to support the resort, including mountain activities, retail rental operations, food and beverage support, ticket sales or scanning, lift operations, and base area operations.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Maintain working knowledge of products and industry trends.
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service at a retail shop.
• Fit guests with equipment; training is provided.
• Explain how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, guest responsibilities for rented equipment, rental duration, and return options.
• Work with teammates to maintain safety standards.
• Potentially perform cashiering and retail sales duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
