About The Position

Lincoln Tech is hiring an HVAC Technician Instructor at one of three Connecticut campuses: East Windsor, New Britain, or Shelton. The instructor will teach theoretical and hands-on HVAC training in well-equipped facilities, preparing students for careers in the HVAC industry. The role offers a four-day work week with three-day weekends. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available. The institution provides instructor support and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of HVAC Technician experience.
• S1 or S2 license, or the ability to obtain an S license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Teach HVAC Technologies following the accredited curriculum.
• Conduct hands-on training in the fully equipped facility.
• Create an engaging learning environment that promotes student growth.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with industry standards.
• Stay current with HVAC technologies and practices.
• Collaborate with faculty to improve program effectiveness.
• Prepare students for certification exams and successful careers.
