About The Position

Connecticut HVAC Technicians & Installers – $5,000 Sign-On Bonus! This application is for CT trade licensed journeymen license types: D1, D2, S1, S2, S10, SM2, S4. Depending on the role, you would work in Service or Installation or both. Service Technicians diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems, perform preventative maintenance, and handle emergency calls. Installers read blueprints and install ductwork/equipment, collaborate with project teams and clients, and work on new builds and retrofit installations.

Requirements

• Connecticut D1, D2, S1, S2, S10, S4 or SM2 Trade License
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience reading schematics/blueprints
• Professional attitude and commitment to quality and customer service
• Ability to operate a computer and assigned software (including email)
• Valid driver’s license
• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems

• Keep tools/job sites clean
• Read blueprints and install ductwork/equipment
