Requirements
- EPA certification (Service Tech II & III)
- More than 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair (Service Tech II)
- More than 5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair (Service Tech III)
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Recent graduate from an accredited trade school (Service Tech I)
- 3 or less years of experience in the field (Service Tech I)
- Attitude, work ethic, and a willingness to learn (Service Tech I)
Responsibilities
- Make repairs in the field (Service Tech I)
- Perform preventative maintenance work (Service Tech I)
- Maintain and service commercial-grade HVAC equipment (Service Tech II & III)
- Perform full maintenance and service on a wide variety of commercial air-conditioning equipment independently (Service Tech III)
