About The Position

Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM FIAT of Anchorage is hiring experienced Main Line Service Technicians to diagnose and repair complex vehicle concerns while contributing to a positive, team-oriented shop environment. The role includes advanced mechanical, electrical, drivability, and warranty repairs, routine maintenance, inspections, documentation, and communication with service advisors. Technicians are expected to stay current with service technology, service bulletins, and factory training. Pay is $32.00–$60.00 per flat-rate hour, depending on experience and certifications. The dealership asks for open availability to support operations and customer demand, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience as an Automotive Technician.
• ASE certifications.
• Commitment to high-quality repairs.
• Team-player attitude.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical concerns to Hyundai factory standards.
• Perform advanced drivability, electrical, and warranty repairs.
• Lead junior technicians when needed.
• Complete routine maintenance services and multi-point inspections.
• Document all work performed in compliance with factory and warranty requirements.
• Communicate with service advisors regarding diagnostics, timelines, and repair recommendations.
• Stay current with service technology, service bulletins, and required factory training.
