Werley Heating & Cooling - HVAC Service Technician
About The Position
Werley Heating & Cooling, now an Ace Hardware Company, is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join their team. Ace Hardware Home Services offers a wide range of residential maintenance and home repair services, aiming to be the best and most trusted provider of home preservation services with a signature Helpful service. This role is responsible for servicing all system issues on time and to the customer's satisfaction, troubleshooting and repairing customer systems, performing scheduled maintenance and warranty work, and suggesting system improvements and modifications. The technician will work on HVAC equipment, furnaces, gas boilers, and zone systems. Top-performing technicians have the potential to earn over $90,000 annually through base pay, spiffs, and performance incentives.
Requirements
- Min 3 - 5 years Residential HVAC experience
- High school diploma/GED
- EPA Universal certification
- Self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives
- No sales pressure environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
- Superior trouble-shooting/diagnostic and repair skills for a/c systems, gas and oil furnaces, gas and oil boilers, zone systems and other HVAC equipment
- Clean driving record
- A valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of US driving experience, is required for this role
Nice To Haves
- Degree in Heating and Air Conditioning Technology a plus
Responsibilities
