About The Position

Horizon Services is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems. The role includes inspecting equipment, identifying ways to improve home comfort and system efficiency, and explaining repair, maintenance, and replacement options to homeowners. Technicians are expected to deliver professional customer service, keep accurate records, and meet company quality standards.

The position offers up to $45 per hour in base pay, performance-based bonuses and incentives, and a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 for qualified candidates. Top technicians earn more than $100,000 annually. Horizon describes the work as consistent, full-time, year-round employment, with multiple shifts, flexible scheduling options, and four 10-hour schedules available in select locations.

Requirements

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Valid HVAC Journeyman License.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
