Requirements
- Experience as an HVAC Installation Technician
- Valid HVAC Journeyman License required
- Relevant HVAC certifications and credentials
- Valid Driver's license
- Strong installation and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Dependable, motivated, and committed to quality workmanship
Responsibilities
- Install residential heating and cooling systems according to company and manufacturer standards
- Lead installation projects while ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Educate homeowners on the operation and maintenance of newly installed systems
