Requirements

• Experience as an HVAC Installation Technician
• Valid HVAC Journeyman License required
• Relevant HVAC certifications and credentials
• Valid Driver's license
• Strong installation and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Dependable, motivated, and committed to quality workmanship

Responsibilities

• Install residential heating and cooling systems according to company and manufacturer standards
• Lead installation projects while ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Educate homeowners on the operation and maintenance of newly installed systems
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete installations efficiently and accurately
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every job
