Requirements
- 3+ years residential HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
- EPA certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Technicians who own their work, act with integrity, and treat customers and teammates with respect.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps)
- Clearly explain findings and options to homeowners
- Make honest, professional recommendations — no pressure tactics
- Perform clean, high-quality work you’re proud of
- Complete accurate digital service documentation
