Requirements
- Accredited trade school graduate or 3 or less years of experience in HVAC service and repair (for Service Tech I).
- EPA certification (for Service Tech II and III).
- More than 3 years’ experience in HVAC service and repair (for Service Tech II).
- More than 5 years’ experience in HVAC service and repair (for Service Tech III).
- Ability to make repairs in the field.
- Proficiency in preventative maintenance work.
- Skilled in maintaining and servicing commercial grade HVAC equipment including unitary products up to 50-ton package units, boilers, and heat exchangers without supervision.
- Skilled in maintaining and servicing commercial grade HVAC equipment, including unitary products up to 50-ton package units, boilers, heat exchangers, control valves, chillers (including retrofitting) without supervision.
- A strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Attitude, work ethic, and a willingness to learn (for Service Tech I).
