HVAC Technician - Commercial Service
About The Position
ConServ Building Services is hiring a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician to service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. The role includes working on rooftop units (RTUs), walk-in and reach-in units, and ice machines; troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues; completing repairs; and performing preventative maintenance. The technician must be able to work independently and participate in an on-call rotation of one week on and one week off. ConServ Building Services was founded in 1991 as the service division of BCH Mechanical. The company serves regional clients across Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, and Alabama, including multi-location accounts and convenience stores, and offers remote monitoring and control services. Requirements
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently.
